Payment Information Required Before Shipment

Placing an online order:
1. select your merchandise from our online catalog.  We need the item #, quantity, colors etc to quote.
2. specify your logo choice:
   a) Attach your logo for a quote (required).
   b) For new logos (a $65-150 charge) please email or give us a web address where we can find it.
3. Enter your billing information and shipping information. Please include your phone and fax #.

Once your order is placed:
1. You will be contacted by phone to discuss your order.
2. If you submitted a new logo, we will review it for embroidery an contact you with a complete quote to set you logo up for embroidery.  For screen printing, we will advise of screen charge and running charge per piece.

You may request an order of any sportswear item, even if not shown online, and one of our sales associates will call or email you to discuss availability and pricing. 

Each page of our site has a "WebStore" with pre-priced products and online ordering.

We must have your artwork by email or fax before your order is entered for all custom orders.

Payment arrangements must be resolved before your order is processed.  Please call us to request an faxed order form if one has not been received.  Call 401-841-5646 to have a form faxed to you.

Blank goods (no decoration) usually ship within 24 hours of payment.

All orders must meet minimum of $200.
